J O B   D E S C R I P T I O N

THE ROLE:

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification both for internal and external needs 
• Assist with the daily running of Appetite Creative Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts: 
  • Assist with the creation of posts on platform 
  • Community Management 
  • Collaborate with a graphic design team 
• Assist social media management with large projects, events, and community management for internal and external purposes 
• Work as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns
• Use analytic tools to report on campaign performance
• Promote our company services
• Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans
• Planning and implementing ads campaigns on:
  • Facebook Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn Ads Manager
  • Google Ads
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Degree in a field such as Business, Marketing, Market Research, Media and Communication or related  
• Provide a training agreement from the university
• Practical experience in social media is an advantage 
• Good communication skills, verbal and written, in English
• Strong functional knowledge of social media principles, practices, and the desire to apply that knowledge in a professional environment
• English is a must, Spanish is beneficial
• IT literate
• Some editorial and/or writing experience preferred
• SEO experience preferred 
• Presentation skills
• Strong organization skills
• Great attitude and eagerness to learn as well as contribute ideas
• Intermediate-Advance knowledge Microsoft Office
• Managing relationships with clients
