We created an interactive bot for Hilton that gave the customer to ask for specific condition regarding the room and the hotel such as location, time, number of rooms. Afterwards, the customer would receive hotel suggestions for the wished location and could ask for more suggestions if he or she didn't like the initial suggestion.
